Extras

There are several features available for accounts that may require an additional charge. If you are not sure whether a particular feature listed in "Extras" is included with your account, please contact the Sales Department.

Scripts/Service List

A number of other features that may be available for your account may be installed from the "Scripts/Services" section of your control panel's "Extras" section.

To install a specific feature, click the checkbox next to the service you want to install and click on the "Install Service". Allow 15 - 30 minutes for the installation to complete. When the service has been installed you can find documentation at the URLs listed below.

 
Instructions

Once you install a script from the list above, you will need to configure it for your web site. Below are the URLs at which you will find the set-up functions. Please note that in each one, you will need to replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.

Referrer Logs:

Free with select accounts
No password required

If Referrer Logs are included with your account, they just need to be installed. After installation, referrer information will begin to appear in your account access-log and in your site statistics (beginning with the next update.)

Error Logs:

Free with select accounts
No password required

If Error Logs are included with your account, they just need to be installed. After installation, errors will be reported in the file named error-log located in your home directory.

Real Audio/Video:

Free with select accounts
No password required

Install this service to enable Real Audio/Video streaming media capabilities for your account. Please see the Real Media Instructions for information on uploading Real media files in the correct format.

SiteBuilder:

SiteBuilder is no longer supported.

PlusRoamer:

PlusRoamer is no longer supported.

Miva Merchant:

Additional fee required
No password required

Miva Merchant is available with our Gold and Silver E-Commerce accounts. You will receive a Miva Merchant license key when you add your account. CLICK HERE for setup instructions.

Miva Order:

Additional fee required
No password required

Miva Order is available with our Bronze E-Commerce accounts. You will receive a Miva Order license key when you add your account. CLICK HERE for setup instructions.
