Check your Configuration

The first thing to do is verify that you have configured your e-mail client correctly. CLICK HERE for detailed instructions.

At the very least, make sure that you have your POP (Incoming) Mail Server set to yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your actual domain name.) Do not prefix your domain name with http://www.,mail.pop3. or any other prefix.

Also verify that your username and password have been entered correctly. For the e-mail account yourdomain@yourdomain.com, the correct username is: yourdomain — it is not yourdomain.com. Read more

Majordomo is an email list manager developed by Brent Chapman of Great Circle Associates. It is written in Perl and works in conjunction with sendmail on UNIX and other operating systems.

How do I get started using Majordomo?

If you requested a digest when you requested Majordomo with your web host, you are set up with 2 lists, the listname you requested, and the digest version of your list. For example, if your requested list name is mylist, your digest is mylist-digest. These list names are not case-sensitive. Read more
